Fish

Wildlife
Officer
Harold
Smith.
This
location
has
a
commanding
view
of
the
Carseland
Dam
and
was
a
vantage
point
often
used
by
Harold
Smith
and
other
Fish
and
Wildlife
Officers
to
catch
fish
poachers
on
the
Bow
River.
